ISO 100, F1.8, 1/8

I cook risotto at least once most weeks as it’s so versatile. This is a new recipe to me and is from Jamie Oliver’s new book/tv show 30 minute meals. I’ve made mushroom risotto plenty of times before but this new recipe uses dried porcini mushrooms and fresh mushrooms. In addition the fresh mushrooms are halved, with half cooked in the risotto and half grilled and served on top of the risotto at the end. The result was delicious so will definitely be cooking it this way again.
